All our products are knitted exclusively by hand by magnificent craftswomen from different cities of Ukraine. We use 2 types of yarn: 62% mohair and 38% polyamide (basic equipment) 75% wool and 25% silk (super soft line even suitable for sensitive skin) There are 25 colors to choose from in the palette of each yarn.

These are our unique models and patterns developed by the IRYNA MIKHAILOVYCH brand.

The color of the product can be selected in 2 palettes of yarn of different composition. Each has 25 shades. But we recommend choosing on the basis of already-made products from the catalog or in the profile, because the shade of the yarn is greatly influenced by the lining in the form of a top or a combination.

Yes, of course, we can make a product according to individual parameters.

Each of our products is packed in a delicate box with our logo. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail - there is «tissue» paper, confetti in the box, a postcard that we order from a fashion illustrator every season, with instructions for caring for the products on the back. We also have a special aroma that we use to dress the products before shipment, so that you enjoy hardly opening the box.

The cost may vary depending on the composition of the yarn and the material of the top or combination. For example, basic equipment: 62% mohair yarn and 38% polyamide + artificial silk top = 2800 UAH. yarn 75% wool and 25% silk + top artificial silk / natural silk = 3650 UAH / 4450 UAH per set.

Production time on order - 7-14 days, depending on the complexity of the product. We also have finished products in stock if you need it right now.

Yes, top, slip, sometimes belts come with sweaters and dresses. If you do not need a belt, if you wish, we can deduct its cost and send the kit without the belt. You can also get just a sweater or a dress without a top or a combination. Additionally, you can order authors’ brooches by our partners. And yes, you can order a silk top or a combination separately.

To place an order, you need: • choose a model, pick a color from the palette; • indicate complete with top or only knitted part; • write measurements (вписать в форму на сайте??- chest depth, hips width and height, indicate the length of the dress - mini, midi or maxi; • enter the data for sending in the form: name and surname, phone number, post office number; • make an advance payment of 50% or 100%. If the product is out of stock, cash on delivery is possible; • receive order confirmation. If the product is out of stock, we will ship it immediately after order confirmation. We make a custom-made product within 7-14 days, depending on the complexity - and send it to you.

Of course, we have returns and exchanges of all products from stock. Products created according to individual measurements and wishes can only be exchanged. They are non-refundable.

We have provided free service for products. If suddenly something happened to the product - a hook, or broke, we fix all this free of charge.

Fitting is possible by appointment in our studio in Odessa at the address: Srednefontanskaya 19 / A.

There is a system of bonuses and discounts. If you place an order for more than 2 units of goods, you will have a 10% discount on the total order amount.

We have gorgeous plastic gift certificates in beautiful envelopes! You can book such a certificate for any of our products.

Across Ukraine we carry out delivery by «Nova Poshta». Within Odessa - by «Nova Poshta» or taxi service. Delivery across Ukraine is free, regardless of the order value.

Yes, we deliver to all parts of the world except Russia. We use services: «UkrPoshta», «Nova Poshta», DHL, MEEST EXPRESS Shipping cost from US $ 20.

We only ship products that are in stock by cash on delivery. If the product is made to order, there are two payment options: ▪️ Prepayment 50% - to the current account and the balance we issue cash on delivery upon receipt. ▪️Payment 100%. We accept payments from other countries through the resources - RIA, PrivatMoney and Western Union.

In the case of an exchange, if the size does not fit or a defect is found, we pay for the delivery. In the event of a return, the customer pays for shipping. We receive the parcel, check that the product arrived in the proper form and immediately return the money in the same way as the order was paid for. As a rule, money comes to you much sooner than in 14 days, which are accepted by law.
